All orders over $100 qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping (excluding taxes), unless the order ships to Alaska, Hawaii or a P.O. Box, for which a special rate applies to all orders. For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $8.95 for UPS Ground shipping. Please see this table for other shipping options and costs:

Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS Ground services only. Free UPS Ground shipping is not available.

Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses
If you choose a P.O. Box as your shipping address, your order will be shipped by USPS Ground. Free UPS Ground shipping is not available.

International Addresses
Refyll ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. All orders must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.


Wish to return or exchange an item? We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product that you purchased directly from us, we will promptly exchange the item, or provide a refund, excluding shipping costs.
